The station is managed by Galactic Hearts Media Enterprise Company (formerly known as Dream Colors United Radio and Broadcasting Enterprises), which operates as a sub-division of the larger JT Time Catcher Mass Media Network, Inc. The station broadcasts under the slogan "Where the Best Music Comes," which was officially adopted on April 13, 2024, to mark a new chapter in the station's evolution and align with JT Time Catcher's renewed vision for the future.
